Through the agreement, DAEBANG INDUSTRY CO., LTD. plans to promote business opportunities for both companies through mutual exchange of banners between the e-commerce platform that the company plans to launch and Shipang, a logistics platform owned by K-LOGI CO., LTD. In addition, DAEBANG INDUSTRY CO., LTD. is planning to actively promote the trade association joint S/C project promoted by K-LOGI CO., LTD. to related partners to maximize the effect of joint purchase of freight rates.

K-LOGI CO., LTD. will provide related information to help reduce logistics costs for DAEBANG INDUSTRY CO., LTD. and its partners, while providing free logistics consulting, such as the appropriateness of logistics costs, upon request.
